Before using our tutoring, online course, or academic support services, please take a moment to read these Terms & Conditions. They are here so both sides know how things work and there are no misunderstandings later. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, it’s better not to use our services.
If these terms are not followed, we may have to stop providing the service.
Who Can Use Our Services
Our services are meant for people who are 18 or older. We ask you to share correct information when signing up or placing an order. If we can’t confirm your age or the details seem wrong, we might pause or remove your account.
Placing an Order
When you request help, we need a few basic details:
- Your name (it can be a nickname)
- Your email or phone number
- The subject, topic, or lessons you need help with
- Your deadlines
- Your payment method
If the information is incomplete or wrong, your order might be delayed. If you change your request after placing the order, it may take extra time to deliver, or we may treat it as a new order.
Payment
All prices already include taxes and any bank charges. We ask that you pay the full amount we quote before we start working. If our prices change, we will let you know before confirming any new order.
Revisions and Refunds
We do offer revisions if something we deliver does not match the original instructions. If revisions still do not fix the issue, we may give a partial refund.
A full refund is possible if you cancel within one hour of placing the order. Refunds are not given if you change the requirements completely after we start working.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most issues can be solved quickly when you talk to our team. If you go to a third party before giving us a chance to fix things, we may consider it a breach of these terms.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. It’s a good idea to check this page once in a while to see if anything has changed.
